The Full Story

Parenting Coach. Pattern Spotter. Joy Finder.

I didn’t grow up thinking I’d become a coach. I grew up surviving.
As a child of war refugees, I stepped into the caregiver role early. There wasn’t much space for play or curiosity — I had to grow up fast. That experience taught me how to carry responsibility, but it also taught me to lose parts of myself in the process.

Years later, a conversation with my young daughter cracked something open.
It wasn’t a breakdown — it was a blooming. I realised how much joy I had to give, and how much I wanted to help parents experience that same joy with their children, not just for them.

Why I Coach

I coach because I believe parenting doesn’t have to feel like a duty — it can feel like a relationship you want to be in, a calling.

My role isn’t to tell you what to do or who to be. It’s to help you uncover your voice as a parent and build the kind of connection you want with your child.

I bring a science-backed, heart-forward approach — blending neuroscience with lived experience and intuition. I see patterns others might miss. I use metaphors and imagery to help parents see their path more clearly. I bring comfort, but not correction. Presence, not pressure.

For your child, what is your purpose, what is your promise?

Who I Work With

I work with parents in the foundational years — those crucial stages when your child is changing fast, and you’re trying to keep up.
Many of the parents I meet feel overwhelmed, unsure, or burnt out. They’re ready to shift out of survival mode and into a more connected, adaptable, and fulfilling way of parenting.

If that sounds like you, I’m here — not with all the answers, but with deep support and a warm spot on the porch - come sit with me.
